⛔️ Cancellation,
If your order has not shipped out we may cancel your purchase. however there is a cancellation fee applied to the refund total, solely because we the company get charged a fee to cancel a purchase with no reimbursement. Fee total is usually $2-3$. If you agree to this fee please let us know your order # and we may process your request.

⛔️Exchanges/Returns Are Only Valid When Purchasing A Product Full Price (No Coupon Codes Used, No Exchanges/Returns On Sale Price Item Marked Meaning When 2 Prices Show On A Product).

We do not do refunds only store credit but the item does have to be returned back to us. Store credit is based off the item/s amount if you used a discount it will be subtracted, shipping cost is also non-refundable due to us already paying and shipping out the package when the order was placed.


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. 


In Order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the full name and order number of the order.


To start an exchange, you must first be eligible and approved via email.

If approved, You are responsible for the shipping costs. Thank you for understanding. Please make sure you include the following inside your returned package : Name, Order Number so we make sure who the return belongs to. 



 

⛔️LOST/ STOLEN 

We are NOT responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen item shown as delivered. Once you receive your tracking number please make sure you track it. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. By placing your order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
AndriShoetique is no longer responsible for a package once it leaves our wharehouse.

If you entered incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for refunding/ sending new item. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable has to be re-shipped at customer expense.  

⛔️Refunds 
We do not issue refunds nor exchanges on huaraches. All items are final sale on Huaraches or on items marked as sale items.

 ⛔️DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEM SENT:

(ITEM MUST BE UNWORN/UNUSED). If you expierence any damaged items or an incorrect item was sent such as style or size please send us an email including your full name, order number and images of the item ms within 24 hours of item shown/marked as being delievered. 

 WHAT IS CONSIDERED A DAMAGED PRODUCT? EXAMPLE; 

Damaged items as the following: broken heel , unattached sole,  a chunk of gems missing , broken heel spiral, extreme stains on items, ripped item, broken item.




⛔️Huaraches are not made in half sizes. Since they are made out of leather, they will stretch out once broken into. They are true to size, so if you are a 7 stick with a 7, 8 stick with 8 and so forth. They will fit snug, but will loosen up after wearing them a couple times.
